Is Munchables recognized by medical professionals?

Yes. Munchables is the only sensory brands formally recognized by the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists (CAOT). Munchables is a unique provider of dozens of patented chews made of 100% trusted silicone.

Is chewelry safe for autism, ADHD, and anxiety?

Yes. Properly made chewelry is safe when used as intended. Munchables are:

• Independently lab-tested to meet North American safety standards (ASTM F963).

Will chewelry help with anxiety, stress, or focus?

For many children and adults, yes. Chewing provides calming oral sensory input, which supports emotional regulation, improved attention, and reduced anxiety. This is clinically referred to as "heavy work" for the jaw, which can have a regulating effect on the nervous system.

How do I choose the right chew strength?

Choosing the right chew strength depends on bite intensity:

• Mild – Light nibblers who don’t bite through items
• Medium – Everyday chewers (a great starting point)
• Strong – Firm biters who chew often or damage clothing
• X-Strong – Heavy chewers who need extra resistance

Can adults use chewelry?

Absolutely. Many adults use chewelry as a discreet, calming tool for workplace focus, reducing anxiety, oral sensory regulation, and replacing nail-biting or pen-chewing.

How do I clean my Munchables?

Munchables silicone chewelry is dishwasher safe (top rack only). You can also wash them easily with mild soap and warm water. Please inspect products regularly for signs of wear and discard immediately if damaged.

Do you accept Purchase Orders?

Yes, we accept purchase orders. Payment is due within 30 days after receipt. Contact us for additional instructions.

Will I have to pay taxes and duties?

Munchables is based in Canada and all applicable sales taxes are collected at the time of sale. No additional fees will be due upon receipt.

US Customers: Exact totals are calculated dynamically in USD at checkout based on current exchange rates so you always know exactly what you are paying. Any tariffs & taxes are collected and remitted before your order hits the border for seamless delivery.
